[OpenLayers-Users] query on features

Hello everyone,
I used openlayer (geoserver+mysql) to create wms and wfs-t services. 
I created an infobox on a WMS layer, through which you can see the
characteristics of the features when they are clicked.
Now I would like to allow users to filter the features according to their
characteristics (creating dynamic queries on the infobox table).
how can I do?
