I don't think this is true. I think that it is more likely that you
are not including the appropriate handler that is needed internally
(and it's not being included automatically, which is probably a bug
in OL). Unfortunately, without more details -- including a sample build
and some minimal code to reproduce it -- it's probably hard to debug.
