NO! I was having problems that sounded similar with FF 4. Scripts not 
loading.

It seems that key to your problem is that openlayer.loadurl is called 
without the appropriate script file being loaded first. If you cant 
track the loading issue in firebug, then perhaps you follow the 
suggestion of opening your site briefly so the gurus can have a look.
