[OpenLayers-Users] Openlayers-accessible Tile Sets Available on CDROM/DVD?

I've looked around OSM-land and Cloudmade, but failed to find anything 
Open Source.  Accordingly, I'll appreciate being informed of any 
sources, extant or planned, commercial or open source.  (OSM wd be a 
dream come true.)

My interests are in USA land coverage primarily; county-sized and 
zoom-level limited as needed for storage considerations.
