Hello Gabriele,
I don't know anything about this site but it's simple to generate a
minified and optimised OpenLayer library.
In the OpenLayers sources it have a build folder where you can add
your needed files in the [include] section.
If you have vector data
OpenLayers/Renderer/SVG.js
OpenLayers/Renderer/VML.js
are required (it's possible that I miss some other files).
Than run:
python build.py lite OpenLayers-min.js
That should be all.
