[OpenLayers-Users] local django proxy.cgi?

Has anyone had any experience setting up the proxy.cgi script which is needed
for working with many of the Example Openlayers scripts , with a Local
Django dev setup on a Windows PC?
Im having a hell of a time trying to get this working, any advice would be
greatly appreciated. Cheers.
