[OpenLayers-Users] Blue Tiles getting displayed when dragging over map

In some scenarios, when dragged over the map with Google layer, Some of the
map tiles are replaced with blue tiles. The select feature control is
enabled in these scenarios.

Hope someone might have faced the same issue and have the solution with
them.
