[OpenLayers-Users] Introduction of usage limits to the Google Maps API

It's about time developers and users made Open Street Map coverage to rival
 google maps data and soon the API
will be free again since OpenLayers API/OSM combination offers pretty much
everything Google Maps API does, and without limits/licenses.
