[OpenLayers-Users] notify after OpenLayers.IMAGE_RELOAD_ATTEMPTS

Hi,
When using this OpenLayers.IMAGE_RELOAD_ATTEMPTS = 3
After the 3rd attempts Is there an event we can use in order to stop the 
loadingPanel or alert the user that a tile didn't load?
Any idea on how to do that?
