Thanks for your investigation.

It seems that Openlayers expect the png files to be local on my server:
http://byogtrafik.ramboll.dk/Furesoe_211/img/pan-panel.png" 

Well none of the png files for the other controls are on my server.

So is it a bug in openlayers with a faulty url for theese png's?
