[OpenLayers-Users] Pop Up - Framed Cloud KML

There is no background displaying when you click the KML SIT marker - the
image used cloud-popup-relitve.png has not been moved from its original
location any ideas why its not displying?
OpenLayers-2.11-rc3 is being used.
