[OpenLayers-Users] Draggable Vector and clickable Marker Layer

Hi.

I read a lot about mousevents and that they are not working if I combine
Vector and Markers-Layers.
My Problem is, I'm using a vector-Layer (My Location Point) with a
dragFeature and need to overlay a Markers-Layer for other Locations
(other/nearest POIs). The latter I want to provide with popups, showing some
attributes and infos. But mouseevents are not triggered down to the
Markers-Layer if the Vector-Layer is present. Only if I hide the vector
layer, click-events etc. occur in the markers layer.

I've seen many workarounds, examples, etc. but cannot believe that there are
only workarounds out there and no clean approach.

Can anyone help me at this point?
