The various image services available to OL all seem to have the 
behaviour that when zoom goes deeper than the max image resolution, then 
image just vanishes. No stretchbitmap type functionality. Any suggested 
workarounds (other than get bigger image - have image sources that 
really dont support higher res but would rather have blocking pixels 
than them just vanishing).
