[OpenLayers-Users] problem with IE9 and Openlayers

Hi,
I've a problem with a project in IE, it works in Firefox, Chrome but not in
IE. 

Error SCRIPT5007 Can not establish property value 'panel_div': the object is
null or is undefined Openlayers.js, Line 534 char 131.

...controls[i].panel_div=element;...

I don't know that I've to do... please help!
