[OpenLayers-Users] LoadingPanel and OpenLayers 2.12

Hi,

can you please double check if current master works for you? If this
is the issue I think it is, then it has been fixed on Mach 17th - see
my previous post.

Let us know if you still encounter problems, and please provide an
example or a description of a sequence to test and see the issue.
