[OpenLayers-Users] Zooming beyond 18

Is there a way to zoom beyond 18 (I'm using OSM, that's the max zoom at my
location) and provide my own images for those zoom levels? The map I'm
working on is a fixed point and only uses about 4 OSM tiles, the map
doesn't move. I was thinking if I used photoshop I could increase the size
of those 4 tiles and then increase the zoom level to say 20 and use those
newly created tiles.

Is that possible?
