Well you are getting an error from the server which obviously means no 
data. However, the most obvious thing that stands out from the request 
is that it says that SRS is EPSG:4326, however, its clear that the 
coordinate you are sending it are NOT EPSG:4326. They look like 900913. 
Either transform geometry to 4326 or (if your server supports it), send 
the correct srsname in the filter (I think you can do this with 
filter.spatial constructor).
