I did with a workmate a presentation on a Barcamp about OL. Not
geospatial aware audience but with some technical background. It's at
[1] in Spanish (sorry). But anyway we focused on:

- some basic facts
- minimum code to put it on a web (<div id="map"> etc)
- what you can do with OL
- what OL is NOT
- provide examples and case studies
- related projects on OL ecosystem (proj4js, geoext, mapquery...)
- showed a basic working example using on that time recent Haiti
post-earthquake OSM data

All that in 30, 45 minutes I can't remember was 2 years ago :-)
