[OpenLayers-Users] How can I get animated zoom effect?

Hi All,

I have searched the interwebs far and wide but havn't found a satisfactory
answer to this. However, I found a web  http://www.tomtom.com/livetraffic
http://www.tomtom.com/livetraffic  enabled by openlayers with excellent
resize effect, which is what I want.

who knows how to do that with openlayers-2.11?

PS: I have tried /transitionEffect: 'resize'/, not as fine as TomTom.
