AW: [OpenLayers-Users] ArcGIS93Rest - Can't show specific layers

Hey Arnd,

Thanks for the reply.  Even with passing in image for the f part of the
query string, I get the same results - all of the layers.  Would you know
why some ArcGIS Rest service datasets will allow this and some will not?

For instance, OL has an online example of ArcGIS93Rest
(http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/arcgis93rest.html), and using their
example, I was able to show each layer individually by setting the layers
property of the options set as so:

layers: "show:1"

And here is how the GET request looks:

http://sampleserver1.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Specialty/ESRI_StateCityHighway_USA/MapServer/export?bbox=-133.32040574214+%2C0.39958686846267%2C-58.1280793754844+%2C75.5919132351182&bboxSR=&layers=show:1&layerdefs=&size=&imageSR=&format=png&transparent=false&dpi=&time=&layerTimeOptions=&f=image

And the layer in OL only displays the layer with an ID of 1.  

Do you have any thoughts about this?
