[OpenLayers-Users] How to modify feature attribute data by WFS-T

With WFS-T, we can modify feature geometry field "the_geom". But I want to
modify all other attribute data fields of that feature, e.g, feature data
like firstname, lastname, address etc. How can i do that, Is there any
method available to modify other fields data instead of geometry field?
