[OpenLayers-Users] Capture Tile information

This might not be entirely helpful, but I do remember this being asked
before and the solution proposed was to look at the css class of the
tile. If it was of type "onImageLoadError" then there was a problem..
so you could try that.. (I think that's what it was).
