[OpenLayers-Users] Pad XYZ Layer url

Hello All,

I am using a tilecache from an external provider, and their cache is
in the form of:
cache/layer1/L04/R00000002/C00000006.jpg

So I've tried the XYZ layer and can get all the correct numbers,
except I don't know how to pad the numbers with the correct amount of
0's beforehand.
I.e. in code it's: /L${x}/R${y}/C${z}.jpg
which comes out as "/L1/R0/C2.jpg"

Any ideas how I can pad this?
