[OpenLayers-Users] OSM base layer + WMS overlay

Thank you guys for your quick answers.
I was indeed wrong saying that this example worked with previous
versions of OpenLayers. The fact is it did not.

Maybe we should ship an example with OSM baselayer + WMS overlay for 2.12.
I can provide one if you want.
