[OpenLayers-Users] OL 2.12 and Image layer flicker

I thought of a possible solution as a workaround, but I think it's really a
bad solution. Instead of calling setUrl and redraw() to refresh the image,
create another imagelayer set the url, add it to the map, then destroy the
previous imagelayer.
