[OpenLayers-Users] Setup IIS 7 proxy for cross-domain WFS support

I have downloaded the "host.zip" file (being the updated version), and
extracted the "host.ashx" file to
https://geoserver.testdomain.com:443/geoserver/proxy.ashx

I have also set the OpenLayers.ProxyHost =
"https://geoserver.testdomain.com:443/geoserver/proxy.ashx?url="

Having checked this in the console, the mapping is working correctly, but I
receive a 500 internal server error.

Is there something else I need to configure in IIS? I have run the link
manually and it returns a "Server error in '/' application".
