the scale thing, you can find that in geoext, there are some examples, check for that in the geoext web. I think there are some examples in the OpenLayers web for the third one.

Subject: [OpenLayers-Users] Help with some functions

Hi list!

I'm noob in OpenLayers, but i want to know if anyone can help me to build one scale combo for select an specific value of scale (1:2000, 1:5000, 1:10000 ...); also, I need a button or something that allow me to do zoom to layer of my selected layer, and finally, I need the code for a button that add markers on my map. 


Any help is welcomed
