[OpenLayers-Users] Transition effect changing zoom in examples

Hi list,

 

Checking some OL examples, I've observed that there is a transition effect while tiles are loading when zoom changes. I.e. http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/kml-track.html 

 

How can I get this behavior ? Is possible using tilecache?
