[OpenLayers-Users] new OpenLayers.Layer.OSM.Osmarender("Osmarender") - broken??

Eric, I think the point is that the osmarander tiles are no longer
available, so our examples that have an OSM layer configured with the
osmarender tile urls (tah.openstreetmap.org) are broken.
