[OpenLayers-Users] WFS-T .. where i can specify the new storing table ?

does the WFS-T let me save an attribute of selected point (on vector layer)
and store it to the new table on DB ?
if yes, then where i can specify the  storage place ? i have read many
example but cannot get how they specify where to store the selected points
(or attributes of the points).
