[OpenLayers-Users] Suppress Map Data popup when switching from OSM to Google

Hi All,

I'm using OL 2.11rc1 and I'm trying to deal with the Google Map data popup.
I have a map set to OSM as the base layer, allowing the user to switch to a
google satellite layer underneath. The behavior I'm experiencing is an
annoying map data popup when you switch to the google layer, or anytime you
pan it. Is there anyway way of suppressing this behavior, or modifying it's
behavior while complying with Google's TOS?
