Hello

You may already know that OpenLayers 2.11 does not work with the
current releases of Google Maps API (3.7 and 3.8). A "Map Data" popup
gets displayed on each map move, which is kind of annoying, to say the
least.

I've written a wiki page that explains how to "hot-patch" OpenLayers
2.11 to work around the issue. Here:
