[OpenLayers-Users] Avoid client wms flood requests by zoom user actions

Hi,

I´m currently using varnish and it can make cache also.  I guess that is
very close to your solution but my application has a very especific needs.
There is some layers that i request that i build dinamically (tematic
layers). That layers are dynamic generated and bc of that they can´t be
cached.
