Hi,
Using compatibility mode on IE9 also fails. You tried to control the height
on `#main-map` by javaScript instead of using a percentage as `#main-map
{... height: 93%; ...}`? So not wasted any height pixel of the map.
Note: I use javascript to control the height (I use also an upper band in my
full screen map with TileCache (similar to OSM) and an upper band), and
behaves correctly using IE9 compatibility mode.
