[OpenLayers-Users] problem with OpenLayers.Control.Permalink()

Hi all,

when you start an application with parameters generated by permalink 
the permalink control loads all default baselayer even if they are not visible.
See the map control example on

http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/controls.html?zoom=5&lat=13.27148&lon=15.07324&layers=0BF

If you look with firebug you can see that the OpenLayers WMS tiles are loaded even though visibility=false

Any ideas
