[OpenLayers-Users] How to change longitude and latitude to x and y coordinates

Hello

Guys I'm using Map-Tiler to take a floor plan and basically make a map out
of it. It's basically a png of the floor plan and I then end up with the
tiles after Map-Tiler breaks them up for me and makes a basic html page
referencing the tiles. This all works nicely. However what I just can't seem
to figure  out Is my x and y coordinates. I have try running my map in all
sorts of different formats but I can't seem to understand what exactly
Map-Tiler is doing. So here is my question is there a way to tell openlayer
where my center is on my map and have open layer basically adjust the x y
coordinates for me?

Any tips or ideas would be great  im just trying to grasp the concept but I
seem to continue to screw it up.
