[OpenLayers-Users] I cannot remove BBOX strategy!!

I used to apply a BBOX strategy on my vector layer,  now I would like to
remove it.. if I remove the strategies property from my layer I got nothing!
nothing appears on my map as if I don't add a layer.

Also when I use Fixed strategy I got nothing! seems like I HAVE to use BBOX
!

That's weird because I read that strategies are optional.
