[OpenLayers-Users] Dynamic styling of raster data

Hello everyone,

I have this requirement to dynamically style layers according to a value set
by the user; all features that have a particular attribute above that value
are displayed with a style and those below with another style. With vector
data this is not difficult to, by updating a styling rule and reloading the
layer.

Now the problem is that the same is needed for raster data, e. g. showing
those pixels above a certain value with a different colour gradient. But at
this stage I'm not even able to change the styling of a raster layer client
side.

Is there any way to accomplish this?
