[OpenLayers-Users] Control visibility of multiple layers

Perhaps this example may help.

As far as I know, it's not possible with OpenLayers. 

I use a patched version of OpenLayers.Protocol.WFS.v1.read (OL29)

but then the layers will not be displayed at the same time. it will be
gradually which is not good for me. thay have to be displayed at the exact
same time
