[OpenLayers-Users] Legend in OpenLayers using Wax

Hello:

I am trying to add a legend and tooltips to a map using wax. The map is
really simple and it is working, but I do not get to show the legend nor
the tooltips.
I am using this like reference

But this m.addControl(new wax.ol.Legend());   is not working for me and I
can not see why.
