[OpenLayers-Users] Capabilities question.

Hi -

Maybe this is a better way to ask my question.

When a layer only supports one spatial reference as in this example

http://wetlandsfws.usgs.gov/ArcGIS/rest/services/FWS_Wetlands_WMS/MapServer/

which is *Spatial Reference:* 4326, but my map is projected as spherical
mecartor, EPSG:3857,
is it possible using the OpenLayers.Layer.ArcGIS93Rest API to retrieve that
image layer and have it displayed in the map without distortion?
