[OpenLayers-Users] Overlapping hmtl form looses focus

Hello,

Please could anyone advise on the following problem:

I have an openlayers map which I have set to fill the browser window
with:99%, etc. I also have a staitc placed div which contains some form
input elements. It seems that when I click on the textbox to enter some
text, the box immidiately looses focus.

The idea is that the div 'floats' over the map, then change the size of
it when I want to get user data, etc.

Is the loosing focus problem caused by OL and if so is there a way to
avoid it?
