[OpenLayers-Users] maxExtent problem in map options

anybody know why base layer(TMS tiles layer with EPSG:3006 projection) and
overlay layer(WMS layer EPSG:3006) not overlaying in openlayers 2.12 ?

It is working in Openlayers  2.10+ (trunk snapshot between 2.10 and 2.11
used earlier) .
