[OpenLayers-Users] Firefox or OL 2.12 bug?

Dear all,

the following code does no longer show a map, since some days, with Firefox 
17.0.1 on Ubuntu 12.04 as well as the latest Firefox ESR version on Windows 7.

It still does if I switch from 2.12 to 2.11.

It also still does show a map with Chrome.

Even stranger, in Firebug it looks like the tiles are loaded, and they can be 
viewed from the cache.

Is this a bug in Firefox or OpenLayers?
