[OpenLayers-Users] updating vector layer

Hi guys, 
im working with OL and i want to merge two features. Im using snapping
control. When i start to draw new feature by snapping to another, i want to
merge them to one feature. Can you help me with this ? It is possible to get
coordinates of vertices, but i don't know how to merge them.
