The OpenLayers Development Team is proud to announce the first bug fix release of OpenLayers 2.13, i.e. 2.13.1!

OpenLayers 2.13.1 can be downloaded from http://openlayers.org/download/

OpenLayers 2.13.1 offers two bug fixes:

 * UTFGrid examples broken because of TileManager (https://github.com/openlayers/openlayers/pull/1018)
 * Deal with recent Chrome optimizations to avoid failing TileManager and tests (https://github.com/openlayers/openlayers/pull/1019)
