[OpenLayers-Users] Changing Open Layers Control's Appearance.

Hi,
I want to change the Appearance of Open Layers Controls (Zoom bar and pan).
if so how should i do it? Are there any good tutorials or posts which i
could follow ? Please Help, I'm new with Open Layers.
