If you are adding WMS layers to a map, then they are requested from the 
server in whatever the projection of the current base layer is. You cant 
have two layers both being the baselayer. One will the bottom layer and 
the other will overlaid on it. Provides the WMS server will support your 
current map projection, then it doesnt matter what the native projection 
is. Note though that raster layers are not a good idea to reproject on 
the fly and things like google maps, bing, and OSM are only available in 
900913.
