The OpenLayers Development Team is proud to announce the final release of OpenLayers 2.13!

OpenLayers 2.13 can be downloaded from http://openlayers.org/download/

OpenLayers 2.13 offers new features and improvements in various areas such as:

Partial redesign of the Google v3 Layer
Partial redesign of Control.ModifyFeature to not use a built-in SelectFeature control, to better support mobile devices
Optional tile queueing with the introduction of OpenLayers.TileManager
Map: Animated zooming and GPU support
(Preliminary) support for IE10 touch
WPS client
