[OpenLayers-Users] OpenLayers.Control.Clickhold() not found in 2.13

It just occurred to me that I may be inheriting a custom build and that ClickHold.js came from the cosmos.  If so, sorry about the thread!

Hi, all.  I am trying to upgrade from 2.11 to 2.13 for a mobile device.

OpenLayers/Control/ClickHold.js exists for 2.11 but is nowhere to be found for 2.13.  Was that an oversight, or was it phased out?  If it was phased out, I don't see any release notes anywhere.

In the meantime, I'll simply try copying ClickHold.js from 2.11 into 2.13 and see what happens.
